Shipping policy

Most in-stock items are shipped within 7 business days from the time of purchase, unless specified otherwise on the product page. For the most accurate information, please refer to the individual product pages. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and on different delivery dates. Allow up to 5 business days to receive your package once shipped.

Made-to-order items will have longer processing and shipping times. Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. If you can’t find this email, please check your spam folders. Please note that we cannot edit shipping addresses once your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number and insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. To expedite shipping on an order, please email us before placing your order at orders@karbonmarket.us. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the time of purchase. For international orders, allow up to 10 business days to receive your package once shipped. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number and insurance coverage (please note that alternative parcel service carriers may be utilized).To expedite shipping, please email us before placing your order at orders@karbonmarket.us.

LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. If your package goes missing or is damaged in transit, file a claim with the appropriate parcel service. This process can take time, if you need your item in a timely manner, you can re-order it through our website.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
