RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

Please note refund returns are not accepted.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from receipt.

To make a return for an exchange please email us at orders@karbonmarket.us using "Re: Exchange/ Order #" in the subject header and reason for exchange in the body of the message. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, unworn, and unwashed and with original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (*signature confirmation must be included with your returned item(s)*). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your return is received and processed/inspected, we'll email you a return/exchange notification. We will either send out your new item or issue store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including shipping fees) towards a future purchase.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
