In-stock items may be returned/ exchanged within 14 days of delivery. International shipments are considered final sales and are therefore not eligible for returns. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, unworn, and unwashed and with original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (*signature confirmation must be included with your returned item(s)*). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Once your return is received and processed/ inspected, we'll email you a return/exchange notification. We will either refund your purchase to the original form of payment, send out your new item or issue store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including shipping fees) towards a future purchase.

WALLPAPER AND FABRIC

All wallpaper and fabric yardage are made to order and directly shipped from our vendors. Unfortunately, they are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges. We highly suggest ordering samples before placing an order for yardage.

CANCELLATIONS
