Please note refunds are not accepted.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving incorrect or damaged goods. Returns are accepted for damaged or exchangeable items up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, unworn, and unwashed and with original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (*signature confirmation must be included with your returned item(s)*).
To make a return/exchange please email us at email@example.com using "Re: Exchange/ Order #" in the subject header and reason for exchange in the body of the message. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to review your email. If your reason for exchange is approved, we'll email you return instructions.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Once your return is received and processed/inspected, we'll email you a return/exchange notification. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We will either send out your new item or issue store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including shipping fees) towards a future purchase.
