Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number and insurance coverage. LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. If your package goes missing or is damaged in transit, file a claim with the appropriate parcel service. This process can take time, if you need your item in a timely manner, you can re-order it through our website.
