DELIVERY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For US orders, allow up to 5 days to receive your package.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number and insurance coverage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, allow up to 14 days to receive your package.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number and insurance coverage (please note that alternative parcel service carriers may be utilized).

To expedite shipping, please email us before placing your order at customerservice@karbonmarket.us.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for missing packages.

Please email us at orders@karbonmarket.us immediately if your package goes missing and we will file a claim with appropriate parcel service.

Once the claim has been processed, we will send you a refund for your order.

This process can take time, if you need your item in a timely manner, you can reorder it through our website.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns for refunds.

Faux nose rings, ear cuffs, and facial jewelry cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and unwashed and with tags intact on the garment.

Return shipping is paid by the customer (*signature confirmation must be included with your returned item(s)*).

To make a return/exchange per policy please email us at orders@karbonmarket.us

using “Re: Exchange / Order #” in the subject header and reason for exchange in the body of the message.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your email. If your reason for return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions.

Once your return is received and processed/inspected, we’ll email you a return/exchange notification. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

We will send out your new item or issue store credit (with the same designer) in the amount of your purchase

(not including shipping fees) towards a future purchase.

 

SALE ITEMS/ GIFT CARD

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

 

PRE-ORDER/MADE TO ORDER

Pre-order, custom and made to order pieces cannot be refunded.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
